Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ChillGames' mobile games — Paranoid Galaxy, Bubble Aurora, Colors Drive and Jigsaw Medieval (the "Games"). By downloading or playing the Games you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Games.
1. License to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Games for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the App Store or Google Play.
2. Accounts & fair play
Some features (leaderboards, cloud save) use third-party sign-in such as Google Play Games or Apple Game Center. You are responsible for activity on your account. Cheating, exploiting bugs, using bots or manipulating scores is prohibited and may result in score removal or bans.
3. Seasons, medals & rankings
The Games are organised in seasons. Progress, medals and rankings may be season-scoped and may reset when a new season starts. Leaderboards — including the cross-game global ranking — are for entertainment and may be adjusted to remove invalid or fraudulent records.
4. Virtual items & purchases
The Games may offer virtual items, power-ups or an ad-free upgrade for purchase. Virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are licensed — not sold — to you. All purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play and are final except where a refund is required by law or by the store's policy.
5. User content & conduct
Where the Games let you pick a display name or interact with others, you agree not to use offensive, infringing or unlawful content and not to disrupt other players' experience.
6. Intellectual property
The Games — including art, characters, music, code and trademarks — belong to ChillGames Studio or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer or create derivative works except as permitted by law.
7. Disclaimers
The Games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Games will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChillGames Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Games. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Games at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Games at any time by uninstalling them.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law of your country of residence applies.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the date above. Continued use of the Games means you accept the changes.
