This Privacy Policy explains how ChillGames Studio ("we") collects, uses and protects your information when you play our mobile games — Paranoid Galaxy, Bubble Aurora, Colors Drive and Jigsaw Medieval (the "Games") — available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. By installing or using the Games you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
We collect as little as possible. Depending on the features you use, we may process: (a) an account identifier or sign-in (e.g. Google Play Games or Apple Game Center) used for leaderboards and cloud save; (b) gameplay data such as phase progress, scores, medals and unlocked items; (c) basic device information (model, OS version, language, country, crash logs); and (d) a device advertising identifier where applicable. We do not ask for your name, phone number or precise location.
2. How we use information
We use this information to run and save your progress, operate seasonal rankings and leaderboards, provide support, fix bugs and improve the Games, and to serve and measure advertising. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Advertising
The Games may show ads, including personalised ads, served by third-party networks such as Google AdMob. These partners may use device and advertising identifiers to deliver and measure ads. You can reset or limit ad tracking in your device settings (e.g. "Reset advertising ID" on Android, or "Allow Apps to Request to Track" on iOS). An ad-free option may be available via in-app purchase.
4. Third-party services
We rely on trusted providers that process data on our behalf: • Google Play Services / Apple Game Center — sign-in, leaderboards, achievements • Firebase (Google) — analytics, crash reporting and cloud save • Google AdMob — advertising • App Store / Google Play — purchases and downloads Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.
5. Data sharing
We only share information with the providers above, when required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of users. We never sell your data.
6. Retention & security
We keep account and progress data for as long as your account is active, and apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
7. Children's privacy
The Games are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. under Brazil's LGPD, the GDPR, or the CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the date above. Continued use of the Games after changes means you accept the updated policy.
